For Women Who Want To Live A Life They Deserve
Are you a smart, quiet, overly dedicated woman who constantly puts others first, forgetting about her own needs?
Do you desperately keep searching for a true YOU, unable to define what you are all about?
You know you have so much love, beauty, and life inside of you, yet you feel misunderstood, frequently sabotaging yourself because you think you’re unworthy. Because you don’t fit in. Because all your life you’ve been taught to be someone you are not and believe that you are not good enough.
Are you tired of constantly putting yourself down, second guessing everything you say, feeling guilty for taking time for yourself, not being able to say NO when you want to, and feeling unworthy and underserving of anything good that comes your way?
Are you longing to learn who you are and discover yourself at the deepest level?
To start loving yourself, knowing that you are enough. That you are able to make decisions, be assertive, and recognize your strengths. To understand that you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to and have confidence to deal with any situation in life?
I’m a women’s confidence coach, certified life and mindset coach, writer and the author of The WindFinder. I help women reinvent themselves and awaken the beauty and spark they never thought they had by building confidence, learning to cherish their uniqueness, and reaching dreams they never had the courage to pursue.
As a shy, big haired, geeky girl with huge pink glasses, who buried herself in books throughout her childhood and adolescent years, I was a frequent target for bullies and went through instances of serious physical abuse by older school students. I struggled for years to regain confidence and remind myself that I had the right to feel good about myself and that just because I was different, I didn’t deserve to suffer.
In my search for my true self, I was told by doctors, teachers, and even colleagues that being an introvert is not a good thing and that if I wanted to succeed in life, I’d have to work hard to become friendlier and “more open”. I almost missed some great job opportunities for “being shy and not so chatty”. I lost acquaintances who wanted to hang out all the time and learn everything about me. But most importantly, I almost lost myself.
This led to a lot of self-doubt, toxic relationships, unhealthy habits, and severe people pleasing. I went through dreaming, drifting, and hoping that someday things would change and that life would become what I want it to be.
I know what it feels like to be where you are now.
Just like you, I struggled with low self-esteem, unhealthy eating habits, and living in the past. I’ve battled serious sugar addiction for years, I lived for the future, postponing my life until “someday” when I feel better about myself, when I have more time, when things fall into place. I kept promising myself that I would do all the things I ever wanted to do, but I never had the courage to pursue them because I persuaded myself that those were just dreams.
But dreaming didn’t help. Taking action did.
So, one day, I woke up and decided to completely reinvent my life.
I embraced the abundance mindset by being grateful for everything I have in life, for who I am and for what I can do. I chose to always look at life from a positive and creative perspective. Any problem has a solution if you are willing to look for it, and everything you want can be achieved if you are willing to believe in it.
I learned who I’ve always been and started practicing what I deeply believed was right even when others criticized me. I began challenging myself to do the things I thought were impossible for me to do. I embraced my mistakes and admitted where I needed to improve. I stopped caring what others thought of me. And most importantly, I started taking care of myself. My health, wellbeing, and my personal growth became my top priority.
When you start working on yourself, you’ll find that becoming more confident is not only possible, but it becomes a regular part of your life. You’ll realize that your achievements, being your true self, believing in your dreams, and practicing your ideals is something no one can take away from you.
I’m on a mission to help you discover who you truly are, start feeling mentally and physically well, and build a healthy relationship with yourself. All these will produce positive feelings that will lead to self-love, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
